Joseph Tavella is an experienced Australian Dental Technician with 15 years in the industry. Specializing in CAD/CAM technology, he has received extensive digital training in Australia, Japan, Denmark, and the US, working with various CAD software programs. Throughout his career, Joseph has been involved in dental implant sales and support, enhancing his clinical and restorative knowledge. In 2017, he joined 3Shape as a 3Shape Academy Trainer. Since then, he has trained dentists and dental technicians across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. Joseph managed 3Shape sales for five years before recently transitioning to his new role as Marketing & Academy Manager for Australia and New Zealand.
